MAKEUP: HALLOWEEN
You know what? I never had a reason to celebrate Halloween. I for one hate being scared or frightened but I must admit that there are times when I do need me some thrills!
Anyway, it is my pleasure to show you 3 of my favorite make-up looks for Halloween! What's your favorite?
THE SCARE CROW
If you're invited last minute to a Halloween party or you don't have an extra budget for a costume, then being a scare crow is the perfect look for you. It's really simple and easy! I got this idea here.
CLEOCATRA
I love Chrisspy's makeup tutorials! Especially her new video on how to look like a 'Cleocatra'. Get it? An Egyptian queen-like-cat! It was so much fun learning how to achieve this look. It took me a while but it was so worth in the end! Thank you Chrisspy! :-D Click here to watch how she did it.
If only I had fangs and claws to complete this look. Nevertheless, I still look great. Right? Rrrrraaaaaaaaaarrr!!!!!
LA BELLA MUERTE
La Bella Muerte means 'the beautiful death' in Spanish. A tradition celebrated by the Mexicans to give honor and respect to their loved ones who have gone to the next life.
Watch or learn how I was inspired to get the look here.
This Sugar Skull makeup was fun to do but I'm not going to lie that it was easy. With the lack of white face paint, I used whatever I had and if it's not your first time doing something like this then I bet it won't take 3 hours to complete this look!

So, if you have any reason or tradition (or non at all), just enjoy being friends and family by dressing up with whatever look you want. A sexy bunny or a scary zombie, or any of the 3 looks I chose. Heck! Who cares? Just as long as you have loads of fun with no one getting hurt, of course ;P As for me, I can now enjoy Halloween because it is the best time to be creative and playful with my makeup! Comment below your favorite look. Enjoy being scared and scaring people! <3 TJ
P.S. These looks were inspired by my favorite makeup and beauty gurus of Youtube. Honestly, I wouldn't have done it if it weren't for them. Huge hugs and kisses to you Andrea's Choice, Chrisspy and the forever pioneer of makeup tutorials, Michelle Phan! Of course, there are more Youtubers but I chose 3 of them because their tutorials are fun to follow.
